Second Chance

Second Chance

(Cool guitar/drums intro someone else makes)

Baby, this isn’t how it had to be,

Mockery and treachery,

I know you just wanted to be, free.

So you should’a let me know,

What was going on below your tanned summer skin.

I stare into your beautiful face and I just don’t see what your problem could be.

Chorus

Cause all I wanted was a second chance and you brought me through with a ‘ell-of-a-dance,

But what I got was what I got so please leave me be.

So in this world of rights and wrongs why did we have to be wrong?

Why can’t you believe my heart and not my words?

Can you see what you meant to me?

I can read your mind, we meant a world to you so please baby why?

Chorus

So I’m if I’m here why do you wait for some wonderful boy to set you free?

Now I see you every day glarin’ with that drop-dead face that I’m gonna pay,

Then the music starts and you just tell me it’s over…

Chorus

I’m a torn inside,

I’m a broken man,

You were holding me by a string.

So baby now that the string is broke,

Will you tear me down in a final stoke?

Will you just break down will you let the sound,

Carry you away…

Chorus

So now I’m writing this song to you,

Believe me baby I didn’t want to,

But it’s the last thing I could do…

Bridge

I’m not gonna go through,

Tricks and pain,

Just to get a second chance,

Just to get a second chance.

And if baby if you can’t let me in,

What would I do then,

What would I do then?

Repeat 4 times and fade on last

me

Must post more often. Lets start with summer shall we….. the highlights were vacation with Buddie, getting contacts… and other cool mostly unimportant stuff. On another note, now I’m in middle school!!! I even got a NVMS sweatshirt. Pretty awesome. I have tons of friends now. I play basketball, football, baseball, and rugby. People try to make drama out of so many simple dumb things that happen, its not even funny. Well, who cares. Life still rocks. Mitch, Phup, and Beezo just got back from California, which is awesome.

Sorrow’s Beginning Chapter 4

Posted by Sef on 28 May 2007 | Tagged as: Sorrow's Beginning

Chapter 4 – They Never Die Easy

Sorrow swallowed. The figure was approaching the door. He felt as if he was frozen to the ground. “Who are you?!” Sor cried out suddenly. The figure jerked and started to open the tent door. Bony deathly white fingers (or were they just bones?) pulled away the tent door and there stood the Grim Reaper. Then something clicked in his head. “Dad?” The figure looked like it was rasping, and then groaning. He had to lean forward to hear the words it was muttering.

“S-Son…forget…about…me…save…yourself…” his father sputtered. Sor was shaking now. This…thing…was his father. How could he not save him? It was so sad to see him like this.

“Wait! There must be something I can do!” said Sorrow desperately.

“A-all…you have….to do…is find…the 3 objects…that make me…what…I am.” At this he screamed and vanished. Almost immediately after, Apollo dashed through the door.

“I heard a scream. What was going on here?!” Apollo asked. Sorrow knew that Cerberus and Apollo would consider the old Grim Reaper an enemy, so he simply explained that there had been shadow on the tent, but then it vanished.

“So you screamed? I expected you to be a bit more…manly.” snickered Cerberus as soon as he entered. Sorrow tried to think of something else to say.

“Well…um…it did bring you didn’t it?” Sor managed to stammer.

“Yeah it did, and actually, I’m glad you screamed, because now Apollo and I can mock you alllllll the way to the next town.” said Cerberus. Sorrow groaned. This was going to be a long trip.

“How…much…farther…is it?” Sorrow panted.

“What, still getting tired? We’re not even running this time,” Cerberus said easily.

“Besides, we’ve got to get to the next town hidden under trees, or Hades might find us,” said Apollo.

“What? I thought he was gone. Sort of like…until we face him in the underworld,” Sor suddenly managed to say without panting.

“This isn’t a video game; what you did, by running away, caused a huge civil war to erupt in the heavenly realm. In a war like this, everyone is some sort of deity. And they never, ever, die easy.”

“Wait…your blaming this on me? I didn’t know what would happen, I just didn’t want to be killed or something!”

“Quit babbling you two. Just be careful, ok?” They trudged through the forests of

Vermont carefully, eyes trained on the sky. Sor wondered if Hade could make himself invisible or something. I hope not, Sor thought. If he can, we don’t stand a chance. They walked for a while longer, Apollo’s long stride and unrelenting energy, and Cerberus’ dog stride forcing a large gap between them. Everything was calm until a war cry-like yell erupted from Apollo.

            “Eros!” he yelled.

“Who?!” Sor yelled back franticly. All of a sudden he saw it – a blond-haired half-naked angel thing with a bow in its hand that sort of resembled…Cupid? Whatever it was didn’t seem to act like an angel because he started to shoot one of his arrows at Cerberus whenever he looked at Apollo, and vice-versa. What is going on? Sor thought. Shouldn’t he be trying to shoot me? Cupid seemed to answer his question by aiming an arrow at him when he glanced at Apollo. He dodged out of the way just in time and started running toward Apollo. All of a sudden Apollo looked like he reached his hand out to the sun and – it moved! The sun was following Apollo’s hand! He trained it directly on Cupid and looked like he pulled his hand forward as Cerberus jumped out behind Apollo. Suddenly the trees in line of Apollo’s hand were incinerated and Cupid yelped in pain and quickly jumped out of the way. Screaming in pain, he flew away. Sor was stunned. How had Apollo done that?

“So you can control the sun? Sweet!” Sorrow shouted with glee.

“I can control how long the sun is out too. So if we need to march somewhere really quick, I can give us the hours needed to do that!” Apollo said.

“Too bad you can’t give Mr. I’m-so-tired here energy too…” Cerberus mumbled.

“Hey! I can march on night hours too!” Sor said angrily.

“If you can’t march in daylight hours, how on the underworld do you expect to march on night hours?

“Give him some leisure, Cerberus!” Apollo laughed. It was then that Sor noticed how strong Apollo really was. It looked like he could lift a mountain! “Well after that run-in with Eros, we only walked a little more and it’s getting late. This place looks as good as any to crash.”

“We’ll sleep tonight – or at least try to - but consider yourself lucky. We won’t be stopping any time soon after this,” Cerberus said.

“Okay, fine! Ug, we definitely need to get some sort of tent,” Sor said as he was lying down.

            “Night everyone,” Apollo added.

            “Don’t sleep tight,” Cerberus chuckled.

“Like we can! Stupid roots…jabbing right into my back,” Sor whimpered.

“Ah, don’t be such a wimp!”

“WILL YOU GUYS STOP FIGHTING AND GO TO SLEEP!?” Eventually though, we all got to sleep if only we knew what was in store for us in the morning.

Smoke and Ashes

Smoke and Ashes

Once a city with pride,

Right by the sea,

Beautiful like a pearl,

Some ships with some guns,

Seemed kind of pretty,

When you see it,

But it’ll all dissolve into smoke and ashes soon.

(Chorus)

A city shining like a pearl,

Is soon dissolved into smoke and ashes,

Oh yeah,

Nothing left but smoke and ashes,

And it’ll all dissolve into smoke and ashes soon.

When everyone panicked,

I thought that nothing was wrong,

That a day from now it would still be the same,

Then the planes flew over good ole Pearl Harbor,

And the bomb sirens screamed.

(Chorus)

We ran for our lives,

The bombs falling,

Thought we would die,

Nothing we could do,

Except think that Pearl Harbor’s waiting for you.

(Chorus)

Like mercy from heaven,

We managed to escape,

But when we looked back,

It was all dissolved to smoke and ashes in the end.

They Weren’t There in the First Place

They Weren’t There in the First Place

On an autumn day,

We sat talking,

Nothing really coming out,

Just small talk made to pass the time,

About the weather,

And what’s been happening,

Just simple voices droning.

(Chorus)

Voices droning on and on,

Words that go through one ear,

And come out the other,

No one really hearing,

Talking to space,

Almost as if,

They weren’t there in the first place.

So eventually one of them left,

Gone to get some thing or other.

Who could tell if they weren’t listening?

Didn’t notice anyway,

‘Cause he weren’t listening,

But even when the other was gone,

He kept talking,

Like they weren’t there in the first place.

(Chorus)

The other finally came back,

Saw the other man with a mist-like sheet o’re his eyes,

He was still talking straight into the dark,

And the other sat and started to talk again,

Like he was never gone in the first place.

(Chorus)

Soon autumn and winter came,

Followed by spring and rain,

Summer was there and gone,

And pretty soon it was fall again,

But they were still just talking and talking,

Like no time had passed at all.

(Chorus)

Don’t waste your life away just talking and talking,

Do something and be remembered,

Or it will be like,

You weren’t there in the first place.

Can’t Love an Angel and Emergency Room

Posted by Sef on 13 May 2007 | Tagged as: Songs

Can’t Love an Angel

When I think about it,

It seemed so short and sweet,

But if I remember right,

It was like blinding light.

(Drums, guitar, and piano play without vocal)

When I saw it,

I thought my brain would turn inside out,

My eyes would expand,

And I would know what it feels like to die,

But instead I saw her.

For a moment I saw,

And felt something I never felt,

Like fire spreading in my heart,

Like fire spreading in my heart (Guitar and vocal only).

(Chorus)

For the first time in my life,

I felt like this would work,

And I wouldn’t have a care in the world.

Like a blinding light,

So strong and bright,

All alone,

And so sad,

And so beautiful,

Like an angel,

But I guess you just can’t love an angel.

And when the light cleared,

I talked to her and she said she felt a little better.

The more I see her,

The more beautiful I think see looks.

I tried to tell her,

But I might as well have been mute,

‘Cause I couldn’t say a word to help her know.

(Chorus)

Every part of my body’s stuck in impulsion,

I can’t take my thoughts off her too,

I think about her,

In every spare moment of the day,

Why (oh why) do I feel this way,

So new,

Why does this lust plague me?

Like a fly that just won’t go away,

Like a fly that just won’t go away (Guitar and vocal only).

(Chorus)

So I saw her truly one last time,

Not knowing what to do,

I went over,

And I told her how much I cared,

But she told me she was already loved,

So I guess you just can’t love an angel.

Emergency Room

Mama keeps saying that it’s okay

Just breath and I’ll be better another day,

But I have a hard time knowing that she’s right,

I feel like I’m compressed,

Like I won’t last much longer.

(Chorus)

I can’t breath,

Even with this thing up my nose,

There is a needle in my arm,

And the blood is draining.

Will I ever survive the emergency room?

Well Mama always brought an ice cream or two,

Wasn’t really hungry so what could I do?

I see people in white,

Walking door to door,

Morbid talk ‘bout people going to war,

And if they’d survive,

But they didn’t seem to wonder about me.

(Chorus)

So I started to panic when everyone left,

How could I go on,

When I am so alone an’ I,

Kept thinking it’s gonna’ pass?

But then I realized I may never escape the emergency room.

(Chorus)

So Mama and a women in white came back, Saying I was better alright,

They said that I just needed to rest,

And I felt like my head was cracking but tried to sleep,

Hearing Mama tell me I was finally over namo-whasit,

And I could sleep,

But I never did,

How could I if I was still in the emergency room?

Sorrow’s Beginning Chapter 3

Chapter 3 – Three Heads Are Better Than One

Sorrow was running faster than he had ever run before to keep up with the dog. They were running in attempt to stop Pluto from ransacking the nearest town. “How…much farther….is the…next…town?” gasped Sor.
“Just keep running!” yelled Cerberus.
“Aren’t….you….supposed to….have….three heads?”
“Would you want a three-headed dog running beside you on the road?
“No…but I….wouldn’t mind….riding…on a…gigantic….three-headed…dog’s back.”
“What?! You’re getting tired already? I thought you’d have some extra endurance. But nooooo….”
“I…do so…have….endurance!”
“Well, if you really want to know I change into what I really am when there is danger nearby. However, I’m forced to always be that way in the underworld.”
“Okay…but can we…..stop…for a little….bit?” Sor asked.
“It’s only a little farther now!” said Cerberus. A little farther turned out to be 15 minutes more running. But in the end, they reached the town. Sor was gasping for breath by the time they made it. It seemed as if some commotion was going on in town when they got there.
“The Reaper should not be controlled by Zeus! It is not his right! The council decided this!” yelled a boy about Sorrow’s age.
“Silence, Apollo! I, Pluto, know that this Reaper must be found and brought to Zeus as was commanded. If you cannot obey that command I have no choice. I must face and destroy the god of light and truth!” yelled Pluto.
“We’ve got to do something!” said Sor.
“Do you think I’m stupid? You’d think I realized that!” said Cerberus. Sor knew he had to help the god of light and truth (Apollo? As in, Apollo 11?) but he didn’t know how. Even when he looked at Apollo it almost…strengthened him. But at that moment something started to come over his head and he couldn’t think clearly. “You okay, kid?” Cerberus asked. He felt as if he would faint and then everything went black.

Uhhhhh……my head……pain. Sorrow thought. He opened his eyes and saw two people above him. Well technically one person and-three dog heads? He tried to get up and then he felt the sharp pain in his head again.
“It’d be best not to move,” Apollo said.
“You did a good thing back there, kid,” the three dog heads said in unison.
“What did I do? What happened?” Sor said weakly
“First, your eyes closed and when you opened them again they were black. Then, you just started charging toward Pluto with amazing speed (that I wish you had when we were trying to get to the town!) and you didn’t tire. Next, you started beating Pluto to the bone with incredible strength and power! In the end, Pluto drove his chariot into the ground to the underworld! Apollo here helped alot too, he just didn’t get as hurt, so we didn’t make him as much of a hero.”
“Hey, I did a lot! You saw that! Anyway, Sorrow (it’s Sor!), I’ve got a contact somewhere in the next town that would appreciate joining up and helping us, so that’s where were headed next. Besides, we have to go somewhere seeing as Zeus has probably sent out hundreds of entity from Mount Olympus to try to find us.”
“Okay. I guess we better go soon.
“No way, kid! Not until your wounds heal!”
“Fine! But Cerberus, I do have a question. Why do you have three heads?”
“Well for one, it helps when you’re fighting to have three heads for enemies to pay attention to. And I suppose its just better to say..well..three heads are better than one!” At this they all started laughing and eventually Cerberus and Apollo (11?) left so Sor could sleep. Soon Sor fell asleep.

Hmm? Where am I? thought Sor. Everything is so green..and there is what looks like a temple at the top of that mountain. Is this…Mount Olympus?I don’t understand..why am I here? At that Sor heard an earsplitting noise coming from the temple.
“I’LL GET YOU, REAPER, IF IT’S THE LAST THING I DO!”
__________________________________________________________________

At this Sor woke up sweating, in the middle of the night, to see at shadow on the tent he was in. Someone was outside. And that someone was not Apollo or Cerberus

Sorrow’s Beginning Chapter 2

Chapter 2 – Dead Wrong To Trust
On his bus, there was a family who happened to have about 7 kids who all went to the school and were all on Sorrow’s bus. So, when they all stood up, so did he and he successfully slipped into the crowd of children. The bus driver honestly didn’t care, even if he did see Sor. So he got off the bus and snuck into the forest nearby. As he was about to start walking to the nearest town someone tapped his shoulder. He jumped and almost yelled when a boy from the large family who everybody called Plut (probably because of the sound he makes when he hits the ground) covered his mouth. “Quiet! I saw you get off the bus with us and I wondered what you were up to,” said Plut. Plut and his family had only recently moved here so nobody really knew them. Plut was in 7th grade.
“It’s none of your business. Aren’t you in 7th grade? Have we even met?” Sor asked.
“No, we haven’t, but I’ve seen you at lunch period and you’ve obviously heard of me.” Sor fought back a laugh.
“No, I haven’t heard of you, but I’ve sure heard your head when it hits the ground.” Plut grumbled at this, but when it was apparent that Sor wasn’t going to say sorry, he just went on.
“So what are you doing ?” he asked
“I told you before, it’s none of your business!”
“Yeesh, Sor, you have a knack for getting on people’s nerves.” At this he turned and started back for his house. He stopped abruptly at the steps. “Or maybe you just have knack for getting the gods’ nerves.” At this Sor realized he was dead wrong to trust anyone. Especially people with weird names like Hade and Plut. And people who weren’t scared of him. He broke out running. He heard a call behind him. “Don’t trust anyone, Reaper!” cried Plut. Sor saw that Plut was chasing after him now with unreal speed. He knew he had to something. He quickly glanced behind him and saw something rising out of the ground. He quickly tried to divert into the forest. To his surprise, Plut didn’t turn into the forest. He was so caught up with showing off his ride (some sort of weird chariot thing) that he forgot what he was doing. He kept on going straight for town. “Uh, oh,” Sor said aloud. He could tell this wasn’t going to be good. He decided he’d better cut through fields rather than take the main road. He slowly clambered out of the forest thicket he’d fallen into and made for the nearest field.
What does all this mean? he thought. Why me? I thought my dad worked at a business company. How does he get money as the Grim Reaper? Does Mom know about this? What am I supposed to do? As he was thinking, his stomach grumbled. Oh. I guess first things first. He decided to try to find some corn on the mostly harvested field he was going through. He searched for about a half hour and finally came out with some decent corn to eat. “May not be the best,” he said to himself, “But it is food.” As soon as he felt satiated, he threw away the peelings and kept on going. He continued for about an hour more until he came the end of the field and it was cut off by road. Another field he could follow was on the other side of the road. He tried to build up the courage to run across. What if someone sees me? Sor thought. He decided to try to sprint across the road. He ran as fast as he could and reached the other side. “Pheh! That wasn’t so bad.” Sor said aloud.
“Yeah, but if you don’t free me from the stupid collar thing, it will be!” said a voice behind him. He immediately turned toward the house behind him but saw nothing but a dog with a collar. “Hello? Anybody in there? I’m talking to you, mister!” Now Sor saw that it was the dog that said these words.
“Wait a minute. If you can talk, and everybody knows that dogs can’t talk, then you must be another one of those freaks who are after me,” said Sor.
“No! I can help you! I think the whole forcing someone to be a Grim Reaper thing is bogus too. That’s why I’m chained up here in the first place. You can call me Cerberus.”
“Call you Cerberus? Isn’t that the gigantic dog that guards the underworld?
“Yeah, I suppose I did do that for a while, but ever since this Grim Reaper issue, I got demoted. Now Hade has some dog called Pookie guarding the underworld.” said Cerberus.
“Hade? He was one of the guys who tried to get me. He was the one who gave me this creepy note.” Cerberus looked appalled.
“Hades? The actual Hades had a part in getting you? Well, I gotta tell you, it’s gonna be worse that that. And there’s only one way you stop all this.”
“Oh, now I get it. Hade was short for Hades! And Plut was short for…um…Plutupus!”
“What?! Plutupus? Last time I looked there was not god or guardian called Plutupus. Then again, last time I looked, there was no Pookie either. But anyways, Plut is Pluto, strangely another god of the underworld. Pluto and Hades are always fighting over control of the underworld.”
“Oh. So what am I supposed to do to make all this stop?
“You have to acquire the Cloak of Sorrow, the Scythe of Destruction, and the Ring of Fate.”
“Weird. That sounds just like my name.”
“Huh? Your name is Cloak of Sorrow Scythe of Destruction Ring of Fate?”
“No! My name is Sorrow Destruction Fate Johnson.”
“So your name is Sorrow? Sorrow, are you going to free me or not?
“Wait a second. You’re a guardian, correct? And I’m a human who needs protection. If I release you, your bound to my will.
“Ah, shoot! I hoped you wouldn’t realize that! So do it if you want but I’ll follow you anyways.”
“What? Why would you follow me?”
“Simple. In the course of your journey, your going to have to confront Hades and Pluto, as they hold the Cloak of Sorrow. I want revenge on Hades for what he did. So I’m just going tag along.” Sorrow slowly freed Cerberus. He immediately jumped up and shook his fur. “It sure feels weird to have everything in one head.” said Cerberus.
“I guess we better get going.” said Sor.
“Here we go then, Sorrow.”
“Would you stop calling me Sorrow? Just call me Sor, Cerberus.”
“Alright, alright, but keep an eye on the road. And don’t trust anyone. You’re dead wrong to trust if you do.”

Sorrow’s Beginning Chapter 1

Sorrow’s Beginning

Chapter 1- A Runaway Reaper

There’s one question that has always stumped people. Is there a Grim Reaper? If so, what exactly does he do? I may be the only person in the world who knows the answer to these questions. Probably because I’m the son of the Grim Reaper. I’m Sorrow Bane Fate Johnson. I get it, I get it, my last name really doesn’t fit with the rest of my name. See, my dad’s name was Alan Johnson. But I was born when he was the Grim Reaper, and was thus named Sorrow. I know what your thinking; it must be pretty weird to have a Grim Reaper for a dad. But believe me I’ve got a great career to look forward to. That’s right. When my father dies, I have to be the next Grim Reaper. So obviously, I tried to run away. But why don’t I take you right back to where it all started on a Tuesday morning…
________________________
“Get up, Sor! Time for breakfast!” called Cleopatra, his mother.
Sorrow tumbled out of his bed.“Uhhh….first day of school,” Sorrow muttered. Ug, why do I have such a weird nickname? I guess it’s better than people calling me Sorrow every time they see me, Sor thought. He quickly pulled on some clothes and headed downstairs for breakfast. “Where’s Dad?” he asked.
“Your father went to work early today,” she said.
“Oh…that’s kinda weird. I thought he had a relaxed schedule.”
“Well, he just had to go to work early, that’s all I was told,” she replied in a kind of hiding way that was usual for his mother. “But do hurry up and eat so you can shower, and get dressed, and…”. She must have kept talking forever, but Sor stopped listening so he could actually do the things she droned on about. Everthing was typical in this 12 year old 6th grader’s life except for the part about his father being gone early.
But soon he was on the school bus, sitting alone as usual, seeing as he had no real friends. I suppose I must now tell about what he is really like. Sorrow has blondish-brown wavy hair that covers his brownish-red eyes all the time. He is 5’8” tall and is incredibly strong. He is also very shy. He can give people very frightening looks that can make a person, especially a kindergartener, scream, run away, and cry. So you can see how he never really fits in. He may be very good at every sport there is, unbelievably good at all subjects at school, what any girl would call “cute” at first sight, but no one can say that he doesn’t creep them to their bones. This all because he is the son of a Grim Reaper. Now don’t even ask, because I know what you’re going to say: “How does a Grim Reaper have a kid?”. Well, truly, its quite simple. Sorrow himself is not Grim Reaper yet and until later in his life, and neither was his father. But getting back our story.
As I was saying, Sorrow has no friends. So he was surprised when some sat next to him.
“Hello,” the new boy said, smiling. Sorrow glared at him and expected him to yell and jump to another seat, but the boy seemed unfazed. “I thought you looked kinda lonely. I’m new here, by the way.” The boy looked as if he expected Sor to say something, but as he didn’t, the boy went on. “My name is…well…just call me Hade.” It was at that point that Sor finally realized that someone had something in common with him.
“People laugh at my name too,” Sor finally said. “So just call me Sor,” he added.
“All right..um..Sor. I think we’re gonna be great friends,” said Hade. But for some reason, despite his not being scared by Sor, and wanting to be friends, Sor felt uneasy around him. At that moment the bus pulled to a halt and Hade got up. “See ya,” he said. Sor then got up too and tried to find his way through the crowd of students to his classroom number, 114. He eventually found his way to the classroom just in time. As he rushed into the room the other students were already there. As soon as he entered they started jeering things at him under their breath like freak and weirdo, but he ignored it. None the less, Sor thought, this was going to be a long day.

_____________________________________________________________

Finally, Sorrow thought as he lined up to go to the bus. The only new students quickly discovered they were supposed to make fun of everything he did. He would’ve been alone at lunch if not for Hade suddenly sitting by him. “Hey,” he said.
“Hey,” replied Sor.
“I think we’re in the math class.” Great, Sor thought. He didn’t like everybody jeering at him, but he didn’t like some kid being obsessed with him for no reason at all either. It just sort of creeped him out.
“I guess I’ll see you then,” Sor said. And as it turned out, they were in the same math class. So he sat through math class ignoring the jeers at him. But Hade stayed silent, not giving any input to the insults or trying to stop them. He had a blank expression and Sor realized he was trying to pass him a note. He took it quickly and put it in his pocket. The rest of the day passed as usual until he lined up for the bus.He lined up behind Hade and when they came to their bus, Hade didn’t get on but instead walked right on by. Sor was curious so he followed him for a bit and watched. Then Hade walked off into the woods. Sor quickly pulled the note out of his pocket.

Meet me in the woods, Grim Reaper. Come or we will force you. Your father is starting to do worse at his job. His career as a Grim Reaper is over. Now you will join us. If you do not arrive in one hour after our colleague walks into the woods we will send some after you. I encourage you not to run, Reaper.
Sorrow stood dumb-struck. Everything hit him at once. Me? Grim Reaper? My dad too? I knew that kid was weird. What will they do if I go? What will they do if I don’t? Despite all this, he slowly stepped onto the bus. But he wouldn’t get off at home. He would have to runaway. Heh, thought Sor. A runaway reaper.

Cool story so far, huh? I just finished Chapter 1 recently.
